Altered "post-it" notes

I am one of those people who cannot find a piece of paper and pen when needed...and waste time searching for it. I hope to end that problem with this project and this one is for all of you out there who have the same problem!!!
So, here is the birh of the makeover for post it's.

I thought i needed to do 2 types, one to carry in the handbag and one to be stuck near the telephone or on the fridge.
Hence, made one with a flip open closure with provision for a pen/pencil on the top to be kept in my handbag! I have used paisley pattren paper and highlighted it with gold 3D liner and stuck some pearls too. The flower is handmade using the mini rose die.

The other one is open and mounted on a TimHoltz die cut,Frame back,ornate#3 and embelished with hand made flowers using sizzix die purchased from Itsy Bitsy.

The edges have been distressed and fixed an eyelet too and a ribbon to it so that the pencil/pen is secure! Pearls and purple bling add to the charm! I have stuck magnetic stips at the back so that it sits on the fridge. you can also put sticky tape and stick it near the phone.

This is an excellent gifting idea and am thrilled to make more of these!
Hope it solves my problem!
Apart from pearls, pink flowers, pink ribbon, purple beads, purple rhinestone...i have also used Post-it's ,Paisley pattern paper,Pink washi tape and Pen/Pencil for the entire project!
